Terms of use

1. What this is

These terms govern the use of the psikruh.cz website and the PsíKruh mobile app, which helps dog owners find well-matched dog buddies for walks and guided meetups. The app is currently in beta testing via TestFlight. The operator is Tomáš Štorc, Company ID (IČO) 09058729, registered at Breitfeldova 709/13, 186 00 Prague 8 – Karlín, Czech Republic. 2. Waitlist

The website offers a waitlist signup — we'll let you know when the app launches in your district. You can unsubscribe anytime via the link in our emails or by writing to tomas.storc@psikruh.cz. How we handle your data is described on the Privacy policy page.

3. Your account

Registration is intended for people aged 15 and over. Provide truthful information about yourself and your dog — matching and meetup safety depend on it. Keep your account credentials secure and don't share them with others.

4. Dog meetups

The app connects dog owners. The meetups themselves happen outside the app and at the participants' own responsibility — under the Czech Civil Code, a dog's owner is liable for the dog and any damage it causes.

We recommend meeting only vaccinated dogs and following the meetup script in the app. The script is a recommendation, not a guarantee — you know your dog best. If a safety incident occurs during a meetup, please report it to us in the meetup evaluation.

5. AI-generated content

Training programs, meetup scripts and compatibility overviews are generated by artificial intelligence based on dog profiles. They are informational and do not replace individual consultation with a trainer or vet, especially for dogs showing aggression or health issues.

6. Code of conduct

Be considerate in chat and at meetups. Spam, harassment, hateful or otherwise unlawful content is prohibited. You can block any user you don't want to communicate with. If you violate these terms, we may restrict or terminate your account.

7. Copyright

The content of the website and the app (texts, illustrations, brand) is protected by copyright. Share links as much as you like; please don't copy content for commercial purposes without permission.

8. Availability and changes to the service

The app is in beta — features keep evolving and may change. We run the website and the app with care but without warranty of uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from the use of information from the website or the app.

9. Termination

You can delete your account anytime directly in the app (Settings). We may restrict or terminate an account that violates these terms.

10. Law and changes to these terms

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. We will announce material changes to these terms in the app or by email. Contact: tomas.storc@psikruh.cz.
